We're quirky and fun and truly enjoy working together as a team! We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in math and accounts receivable.

Primary Work Location:
Creswell, OR Reports to:
Controller
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable functions including billing, collections, and account reconciliation.
Preparation and submission of all AR-related reports.
Monitoring of client accounts for delinquencies and discrepancies.
Process payments from customers and apply them accurately to their accounts.
Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.
Accurately record daily deposits.
Reconcile e-commerce sales activity.
Maintain the integrity of financial statements and related general ledger accounts by adhering to GAAP and company policies.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in math and financial concepts.
1-2 years experience in accounts receivable.
Associate degree in a similar or related field.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail.
Well organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
