POSITION Overview:
Our CSRs provide a positive customer service experience while taking and entering orders, responding to product inquiries, and resolving customer issues.
Our customers are retail and wholesale customers, distributors, and medical professionals.
This role is instrumental in the overall successful operation and growth of the company.
The ability to triage multiple critical demands is a key component of the daily duties of this role.
REPORTS TO:
Supply Chain Director RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Respond to all inquiries promptly, professionally, and ensure customer needs are met via telephone, written or online communications.
Accurately process orders, returns, credits and discounts.
Answer product questions based on the known information.
Onboard new customers.
Respond to customer complaints with solutions that meet customer expectations.
Proactively identify problems and recommend changes to our processes to increase sales, acquire new customers, and make sure every customer is satisfied with their experience with our companies.
Maintain Customer Service Log for all inquiries and outcomes.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
3
experience in a customer service or sales role.
Strong computer skills, and exposure to an ERP system a bonus.
QUALITIES:
High energy with a passion for maintaining and retaining relationships.
Detail-oriented, organized, great listener, and problem-solver.
Upbeat and outgoing personality, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
Maintain a high level of professionalism no matter what the customer is presenting.
Have a genuine interest in the herbal and dietary supplements industry.
